Second figure/portrait I've painted, first of an actual person and who better than Ms. Beckinsale. I hope I'm getting better at it, but the overall goal is for me to do this without a reference (at least like this), which will take a while, but I'm all for it. I don't know if anybody actually knows this, but I never "practice" or do studies of anything (seriously, nothing at all, I'm lazy like that), so this is new to me but I know it will help me a lot in the long run. Anyway, more to come later on, for now I need to study anatomy cause I messed up on some stuff here... sorry Kate.

Very well done. You've done a great job! Also 11hrs is not slow, some artist put months in their work. Rush into something like portrait drawing and painting, can never be good.
